Elevé Dancewear specializes in unique and colorful garments for all dancers, from students to professionals.
What began in the founder’s basement as a custom leotard company quickly grew into an international operation.

Elisha joined Elevé as a cutter and eventually took a leadership role overseeing the cutting department.
Redesigning the pattern library reduced the margin of errors for cutters, and streamlining the cutting assignments increased daily productivity.
These improvements allowed the company more time to launch its first ready-to-wear line and children's collection between 2017 & 2018.
